I took this picture Saturday night, when people were down along the river watching the air show as part of the bridge slide celebration. It was a gorgeous weekend, and looked like a fun time. I love this picture because it reminds me of the famous painting by George Seurat (you know, the one Cameron gets all obsessed with in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off). Which is another way of saying that it was a beautiful evening in Madison.
Don’t forget the next part in the bridge demolition, coming up this Thursday. We’ll see if it’s as exciting the second time around.
